Hi, thanks for checking out my blog. I'm Melissa and live in Southern California. I have a love of history and all things beauty.
About 5 years ago I discovered that Youtube wasn't just a place to find goofy videos about animals, but that it had people that taught you how to do your makeup! One day I was like, "Hey, I can do that!" and I decided to try it out. I can honestly admit that my first few videos were not very good but practice makes better. I am constantly working on improving my videos and making them more professional. =)
After making videos for awhile I started blogging. It started out as mostly beauty related but then I started doing book reviews and other things. It started to get a little confusing so I decided to split up my blogs and that is how this one came to be. =)
